01Do you have minimum order?
No fixed minimum for custom fabrication — we make one-off statement pieces as well as container-load programs. Unit pricing reflects quantity, so larger runs are more economical per piece.
02Can you match a finish from a photo or sample?
Yes. Send a photo or a physical sample and we’ll produce a matching finish sample for your approval before production begins — PVD colors, antique finishes, and textures included.
03How are quotes itemized?
Our quotations are tailored to your project specifications, outlining the products, materials, finishes, quantities, and pricing. Additional requirements, such as shipping and packaging, are included where applicable.
04What shipping terms do you offer?
FOB, CIF, and DDP. Every order ships in export-grade wooden crating with container loading supervision, and we provide installation guidance for your local contractor.
05Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes — physical finish sample kits ship worldwide, and the sample cost is credited against your first order. For custom finishes, we produce project-specific samples on request.
